By accessing the website at awareaiatlas.com or engaging with AwareAIAtlas services provided by AWARE AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Enterprise deployments of the AwareAIAtlas platform are separately governed by formal Enterprise Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
2. Intellectual Property
The AwareAIAtlas brand, trademarks, logo, Atlas View visualization engine, software code, and interface designs are the proprietary intellectual property of AWARE AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
3. Illustrative Demonstrations
Interactive sandboxes, case previews (such as Case AT-48291), and telemetry charts provided on awareaiatlas.com and demo.html are synthetic demonstrations designed to showcase platform capabilities and do not represent actual live individual records.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
